Sir Isaac Newton 1642-1727 was an English physicist and mathemetician who is widely recongnised as one of the most influential scienists of all time as a key figure in the scientific revolution.
Newton's Lawsof Motion were published in his Mathematical Principles of Natural Philosophy in 1687.
