APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The Educational Warehouse (www.theeducationalwarehouse.com) is created and controlled in Queensland, Australia. All purchases are subject to the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia, and where applicable the state of Queensland. By using this site, you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland in Australia and agree that any legal action will only be commenced in these forums.
CAPACITY TO CONTRACT
Orders can only be placed with The Educational Warehouse by persons with capacity to contract, who are over the age of either 18 or 21 as legislated in your state of residence.

These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time without notice. Past terms and conditions can be accessed on request by written notice to The Educational Warehouse. MINIMUM ORDER
The minimum order value is $20.
SHIPPING
The Educational Warehouse ships to Australia and Internationally, as listed on our Shipping page. The Educational Warehouse is not responsible for customs charges and restrictions that vary from country to country and result from the importation or certain products. The purchaser remains responsible for all charges and fees incurred.
CONFIRMATION OF ORDER
All orders placed are an offer of purchase and are subject to acceptance by The Educational Warehouse. If an order is not accepted a full refund will occur at the earliest possible convenience. The Educational Warehouse reserves the right to refuse an offer for any reason.
The Educational Warehouse is a retail service for consumers and reserves the right to refuse any orders that it reasonably believes are for the purposes of resale.
PAYMENT
The Educational Warehouse is under no obligation to ship any goods ordered until payment for those goods has been received. In the case of payment by cheque or bank transfers, this would mean the clearing of funds into our bank account. In the event of the requested goods being unavailable The Educational Warehouse may cancel the transaction and effect a full refund.
All prices listed are inclusive of any Australian Goods and Services Tax applicable.
REVIEWS / COMMENTS
Throughout the use of the site users may be invited to review certain products. If you do submit such reviews, you give The Educational Warehouse permission to use, reproduce, modify and publish them in a royalty-free, irrevocable manner. You also permit The Educational Warehouse to publish your first name and State or Town.

PURPOSE OF GOODS
