A quality wooden base ten cube made from solid timber. This set consists of one 10cm x 10cm x 10cm cube. Students can use the base ten cube in combination with base ten units (sold separately), base ten flats (sold separately) and base ten longs (sold separately).
Students can use the blocks to practice with place value. They can also use the blocks to create different patterns. When longs are used in combination with other base ten units, flats or cubes, students can practice with addition and subtraction of larger numbers. They are also great for free play and allows children to build structures with base ten. Use the different sized blocks for seriation or compare different lengths of the blocks or sets of blocks.
