A non-toxic, all purpose craft dye that mixes readily with water to create backgrounds or dye natural materials. As an alternative mix with starch-based paste for a no-fuss finger paint. Available in 7 colours; red, green, turquoise, blue, orange, yellow & black. Food dye will stain clothes. It is recommended protective clothing or old clothes be used when using food dyes. Time, washing and exposure to sunlight will be the best way of removing the stain or at least reducing its visibility if it comes in contact with clothing.
Recommended mixing ratio: 1 part dye to 5 or 10 parts water. If colour is not strong enough, add a little more dye.
Note: NOT to be used with food or ingested.
