Fill the cans with tap water, place a thermometer in the top and see which can conducts the most heat, or fill with hot water to discover Newton’s law of cooling! Experiments: Cooling by Conduction, Cooling by Convection and Conduction, Heating by Radiation.
 Measurements:

  • Diameter of the opening of the can: 19mm
  • Diameter of the base of the can: 40mm
  • Total height of the can: 175mm

Note: Stoppers not included. If stoppers are needed, the recommended size is 14/22.
