Continue the adventure with the remaining four novels of The Chronicles of Narnia® (Prince Caspian, The Voyage of the Dawn Treader, The Silver Chair, and The Last Battle). Students in grades 8–12 will explore the enchanted land of Narnia while they learn advanced writing skills through the Structure and Style® writing method. This course is recommended for students with at least one year of experience with IEW.
The Teacher’s Manual is a necessary component of the course as it will guide the teacher/parent through each lesson with in-depth explanations, tips for teaching, checklists, and other notes that will ensure that you and your students are successful with Following Narnia.
The Student Book gives reading assignments from the novels, source texts on related topics, checklists, assignments, word lists, student samples, and more! Please note that these lessons require students to read the novels in order to complete the writing lessons.
These lessons are designed to be used by an instructor who has been through or is currently viewing the Teaching Writing: Structure and Style video seminar.
