For 4th through 8th grade, Page Turners is an eight-week, creative writing course that is designed to be used with a group of 6 to 8 students. As the facilitator, you will need to set up a time once a week when your group can meet for 30 to 45 minutes. During meetings, you will walk the students through a series of creative writing exercises that will build their skills of descriptive writing and help them conquer their fear of the blank page.

By the end of the course, everyone in the group will have written and polished a short story, as well as tried their hand at poetry. The course ends with week eight being a time for the students to display their work and celebrate together.
