Retort stands are frequently used (in combination with various clamps and rings) to hold and support test tubes and other glassware, often while they are heated by a Bunsen burner, to perform a variety of experiments.
This Retort Stand and Clamps Basic kit is made up of a number of components, including a clamp, base, rod, and boss head. This means the retort stand can be assembled using individual interchangeable parts depending on the experiments being conducted.
